These descriptions are provided as an indication subject to the comfort level of the furnished letting unit fulfilling the criteria quoted.
There may be variations of level between the items. For example: the floors, walls, doors and ceilings as well as the electrical installation may have been renewed (4 cristaux level) but, some fittings are still missing such as bed-head lighting for each bed space (item: furnishings/storage) or the refrigerator, even if new, is not suited to the capacity of the accommodation (item: electrical appliances). These shortfalls may lower the classification by one or two levels despite the good overall appearance.
NB: allowance is made for les Arcs’ « cabin style bathrooms» if they are perfectly maintained. Indeed, some bathroom installations do not allow for a separate WC and do not require a shower screen around the bath. On the other hand, adding an extra storage unit or a high-level attachment for the shower head is both possible and recommended. However, some owners who are attached to this architectural feature, if it is well kept, have installed cupboards, dressing tables and electrical sockets in the immediate vicinity to give a good overall impression.
The «cristaux Paradiski» assessment grid automatically calculates the final result and it is the number of points awarded that determines the level of classification.
In addition to the quantitative criteria of the national classification (stars), the «cristaux Paradiski» allow for a simpler, more qualitative assessment that is better suited to the expectations and needs of the holiday clientele in the Paradiski resorts.

Un chalet plein de charme dans un petit village typiquement savoyard.
Ce chalet entièrement refait à neuf en 2016 est situé dans le hameau de La Grange d'Hauteville à 1160 m d'Altitude, à proximité des pistes de la station des Arcs (liaison Paradiski, un des plus vastes domaines skiables d'Europe avec 430km de pistes).
Il est situé au calme, à l’extérieur du hameau, sans vis à vis, à 10 minutes en voiture de Bourg Saint Maurice et à 10 minutes des Arcs.
L’accès aux pistes nécessite l'utilisation d'une voiture car il n'y pas de service de navette.
La route d'accès est toujours bien dégagée mais il faut prévoir des chaines ou des équipements spéciaux en cas de chutes de neige.
Deux possibilités pour se rendre sur les pistes :
1- Accès par le funiculaire qui circule entre Bourg St Maurice et Arc 1600, à 5 minutes en voiture pour un départ des Granges (arrêt intermédiaire).
2 - Accès direct aux pistes à Arc 1600, à environ 10 minutes en voiture
Vous pouvez également en profiter pour skier dans les stations environnantes situées entre 30 et 45 minutes de voiture : La Rosière, Sainte Foy, Tignes, Val d'Isère
L'été, proximité du Parc National de la Vanoise et du massif du Beaufortain, idéale pour les amateurs de randonnées .
Nombreuses activités sportives, de loisirs, et d'eaux vives (VTT, Parcours aventure, Kayak, Rafting, Piscines, Cinéma .........

- L'étage inférieur, relié à l'étage supérieur soit par un escalier intérieur, soit en accès indépendant par l’extérieur est composé de : 2 chambres pour 2 personnes, d'une chambre pour 4 personnes équipée de lits superposés.
Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain privée ainsi que de grands placards.
Chauffage au sol avec thermostats dans chaque pièce.
Le ménage, les draps et le linge de bain sont en option.
