If you would like to come on holiday in Les Arcs to enjoy the snow, the skiing, the sunshine and the pure mountain air, but you don’t yet know how you will be travelling, here are some suggestions for you!
By train, Les Arcs is incontestably one of the easiest French ski resorts to get to from Paris due to its proximity to the station in Bourg-Saint-Maurice and the introduction of the direct TGV (journey time 4 ½ hours). Then you can reach the slopes you’re so looking forward to on the funicular and the inter-resort bus service!
For skiers travelling for from the UK, there are a variety of direct and indirect rail options. If you are coming via Paris, a new transfer service, the Paris Ski Shuttle, can help you transfer smoothly between Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon, for your journey to Les Arcs.
