Great circuit from le Solliet which enables the walker to admire the peaks of le Bec Rouge, la Foglietta, la Pierre d’Arbine. Exceptional view over the Franco Italian range. View over the Montvalezan and Sainte Foy de Tarentaise area.
Start from the Pré Saint Esprit car park; follow the Villaroger forest track to the le Solliet restaurant. Head for Pré-Dernier, then les Moudes. Moderately difficult walk, sometimes with progressive ascent, paths not too narrow.
