Mountain yoga to compliment your mountain experience & align with the energies in season. experience a unique style of yoga with foundations in hatha, vinyasa and traditional energy practices to compliment your altitude holiday whatever the season. rebecca (bec) is a yoga teacher from scotland of 14 years and 1000+ hours teaching experience and is passionate to share the practical tools of yoga to help you breathe better, move better and feel better in body and mind. bec offers yoga classes with the intention to balance and align with our mountain activities and the energy in season. 'snowga flow' classes are for winter balance.
